Community Conversations

Good Friend, Inc. is offering FREE Zoom Community Conversations on employer understanding of “neurodiversity” as it applies to your commitment to DEI – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. GFI is using the feedback from these events to build the content and direction for its next film focused on autistic adults in the workforce.

The virtual meeting will be moderated by Good Friend, Inc. (GFI) co-founders Chelsea Budde and Denise Schamens. GFI board director and autistic advocate Sarah Russell will also provide invaluable perspective.

Topics include:
• The concept of neurodiversity.
• Why hiring autistic workers is a sound business practice.
• How Good Friend, Inc. can help companies be inclusive of adults on the autism spectrum.

If your company would like to enhance its DEI focus, join us for an insightful time of learning and sharing. Register to reserve your spot for this timely discussion.

Community Conversations began as Lunch and Learns so employees could join over their lunch hour. To be more inclusive of all employees, the Lunch and Learns transitioned to Community Conversations to be held at a variety of times to fit more schedules and provide better feedback to GFI.
